Privacy Policy for V-Draft: Pro Roster

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use V-Draft: Pro Roster, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you play, we may process the following information:

• Account data — When you sign in with Google: display name, email address, profile photo URL (if provided by Google), and a Firebase user ID.
• Anonymous session ID — If you play without Google, we may create an anonymous Firebase Auth ID so cloud features (such as leaderboard submit) can work.
• Gameplay & leaderboard data — Display name, squad name, scores, placement/tier, tournament run logs, and related timestamps stored in Firebase (Firestore / Cloud Functions).
• Online room data — Room codes and host/guest IDs/squad names while using multiplayer rooms.
• Device / security signals — App Check / Play Integrity tokens used to protect our backend from abuse.
• Local device data — Preferences such as display name, guest ID, and local results/history stored on your device (SharedPreferences).

We do not sell personal data.

We do not show third-party ads in the App.

We do not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics in the current release.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core features (draft, simulation, results, leaderboard, online rooms).
• Authenticate you and keep your scores tied to your account.
• Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse (rate limits, App Check).
• Respond to support requests sent to our contact email.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Where Applicable)

We process data to perform the service you request (contract), for legitimate interests (security, integrity of leaderboards), and where required by law.

5. Sharing

We use Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check) and Google Sign-In as infrastructure providers. They process data on our behalf under their terms.

Leaderboard display names and scores are publicly readable inside the App.

We do not share your data with advertisers.

6. Retention

Cloud account and leaderboard data are kept while your account exists or until you delete them.

Local data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.

Backups and logs may persist for a limited period for security and operations.

7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

Email renvoyapp@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify you own the account.

A completed deletion request permanently removes your Auth account, cloud leaderboard entries tied to your user ID, tournament runs, related rate-limit records, and hosted rooms.

8. Children

The App is intended for users aged 16+.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data in transit uses HTTPS. Backend access is protected with authentication and App Check. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. International Transfers

Firebase/Google may process data in data centers outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply under Google’s terms.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
