Terms of Use for V-Draft: Pro Roster

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using V-Draft: Pro Roster, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

V-Draft: Pro Roster is an esports manager / draft simulation game. Features may include local play, optional Google Sign-In, global leaderboards, and online rooms.

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

If you use Google Sign-In, you must also comply with Google’s terms for your account.

4. Accounts

You may play as a guest (local / anonymous) or sign in with Google.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

Display names must not be offensive, impersonating, or illegal. We may reset or ban abusive names.

You may request deletion of your Google-linked account by emailing renvoyapp@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate, or manipulate leaderboards or online rooms.
• Reverse engineer, attack, or overload our servers or Firebase backends.
• Harass others or upload unlawful content.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Riot Games, Valorant, or any third party.

We may remove scores, rooms, or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, branding (including “V-Draft” / “VD”), code, and original assets are owned by Renvoy or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment.

The App is an unofficial fan simulation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games. Valorant and related marks belong to their respective owners.

7. User Content

Squad names, display names, and shared result images you create remain yours. You grant us a license to store and display them as needed to operate leaderboards and features.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Match outcomes are simulated and for entertainment only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renvoy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/scores arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the prior 12 months (or zero if free).

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described above.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
