1. Introduction

Renvoy ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates Pawdia: Pet Health & Care ("Pawdia" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and the rights you may have.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: full name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted or hashed form and are not stored in plain text.
• Pet information: pet name, species, breed, gender, date of birth, weight, color, microchip number, personality notes, and photos if you choose to upload them.
• Health and care data: vaccination records, medication information, reminders, caregiver plans, and task lists.
• Automatically collected data: app usage information for debugging and reliability, device type, and operating system version.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account
• To help you track your pets' health, care routines, and related records
• To send reminders and notifications
• To improve the App and troubleshoot technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The App uses trusted third-party services to operate core features:

• Supabase: used for database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure. Your data may be stored on Supabase servers. Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
• Google Sign-In: allows you to sign in with your Google account. If you use this feature, Google's privacy policy also applies. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat: used to manage subscriptions and premium entitlements. It receives purchase and subscription identifiers from the app store, not your payment card details. Privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

5. Notifications

Pawdia schedules reminder notifications on your device. These are local notifications: the reminder text stays on your device and is not sent to a server for delivery.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings. Reminders will still be listed in the app, but you will not be alerted about them.

6. Sharing a Care Plan

If you invite a caregiver, Pawdia creates a private link containing a unique token. Anyone holding that link can view the care plan you shared, mark its tasks complete, and send you updates, without creating an account.

The link exposes only that one care plan: its instructions, its task list, and the name and photo of the pet it covers. It does not expose your account, your other pets, your other care plans, or your health records and documents.

Treat the link as private. It stops working when the plan ends or when its expiry date passes.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures designed to protect your data.

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are never stored in plain text
• Uploaded photos are stored in secure cloud storage

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the App.

You can delete your account from Profile, then Account Details, then Delete my account. This removes your account, pet profiles, records, reminders, care plans, photos, and documents from our active systems immediately.

If you request deletion by email instead, we complete it within 30 days. In either case, limited retention may apply where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution needs.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, request a copy of your data, or object to certain processing activities.

You can delete your account and data yourself in the App, or at https://renvoyapps.com/apps/pawdia/delete-account. To exercise any other right, contact us at renvoyapp@gmail.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that data promptly.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page. The current version will always be available on this page.
