These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pawdia: Pet Health & Care ("Pawdia" or the "App").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your location, to use the App.
2. Pet Care Disclaimer
Pawdia helps you organize pet care information, reminders, and records.
The App does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the pet profiles, health records, reminders, photos, and care notes you add to the App.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
4. Notifications and Availability
Reminder delivery may depend on device settings, operating system restrictions, connectivity, and third-party notification services.
We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered at the exact scheduled time.
5. Pawdia Premium
Pawdia is free to use with limits on the number of pets, reminders, care plans, caregivers, and documents. Pawdia Premium removes those limits and adds repeating reminders.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the app store you use. The purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, and any free trial before you confirm. Prices may vary by country and applicable taxes.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it through the app store account used for the purchase before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the App or your Pawdia account does not cancel a subscription.
If your subscription ends, your data stays in your account. Reminders that already repeat keep repeating, but you cannot add items beyond the free limits or set up new repeating reminders.
You can restore a purchase on a new device with Restore Purchase on the Premium screen in the App.
