Delete Your Poolsy Account

Option 1: Delete in the App (Fastest)

Open Poolsy and sign in. Go to Settings, find the Account section, tap Delete Account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the App installed, email renvoyapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it.

We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your login credentials and authentication record, including your email, password hash, and Google sign-in link
• Your display name as a distinct, identifiable account

What Is Retained and Why

Poolsy is a shared-expense ledger. An expense you added is also relied on by the other members of your group to compute balances.

Deleting your account removes your personal identifiers, including your user ID link, from expenses, settlements, and group memberships you were part of.

It does not delete the shared group or expense records themselves. Amounts, dates, group history, and the member name or label used in that shared ledger can remain visible to other group members, but are no longer linked to your sign-in account. This keeps the shared history understandable and prevents a deleted member's expense history from corrupting other members' balances.

Purchase and subscription records may remain with Google Play or RevenueCat for billing, restore, fraud-prevention, tax, legal, or operational requirements.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play's subscription settings.

Deleting a Specific Group

If you want a specific group deleted entirely, rather than only removing your own account link, contact us with the group name.

We will evaluate the request together with the group's other members.
