Terms of Use for Poolsy

1. Using Poolsy

Poolsy helps groups record shared expenses, calculate balances, and track settlements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the expenses, payments, member details, and other information you add.

2. Accounts and Group Data

Keep your account credentials secure and do not access another person's account without permission.

Information added to a shared group is visible to that group's members and may affect every member's calculated balance.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Poolsy unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the App's operation, or submit abusive, fraudulent, or misleading information.

4. Calculations and Settlements

Poolsy is an organizational tool and does not provide banking, payment processing, accounting, tax, or legal services.

Review balances and settlement details with your group before transferring money. You remain responsible for payments made outside the App.

5. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Poolsy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every calculation will be free from errors.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Poolsy may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing Premium subscriptions. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown in the App and in Google Play before purchase.

Payment is charged by Google Play. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Google Play before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel it from Google Play's subscription settings.

Deleting Poolsy or deleting your Poolsy account does not cancel an active subscription. Restore Purchases can be used to recover an eligible entitlement associated with your store account.

7. Advertising

The free version of Poolsy may display ads provided by Google Mobile Ads/AdMob. Advertising data handling and consent choices are described in the Poolsy Privacy Policy.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the App or request deletion by email.

Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.

Shared group and expense records may remain after your identifiers are removed so other members' balances and group history remain accurate.
