You may request permanent deletion of your TaskCue account and associated reminder data at any time.
Delete in the App
Open TaskCue and go to Settings › Delete account. This deletes your account, trial record, and any account backup from our servers and clears TaskCue data from your device.
Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have the app, send an email to support@renvoyapps.com with the subject line Delete My TaskCue Account.
Include the email address associated with your TaskCue account so we can verify the request.
What Happens Next
After verification, we will delete your account, trial record, and any account backup unless retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
Tasks, reminders, and routines are stored on your device, not on our servers, unless you turned on account backup. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes the on-device copy; turning backup off in Settings removes the account copy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a TaskCue Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records such as abuse-prevention logs, legal compliance records, or backup artifacts for a limited period where necessary.
