These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TaskCue: AI Reminder ("TaskCue", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
3. Task and Reminder Content
You retain responsibility for the content you enter into reminders, routines, notes, and AI capture.
Do not use the App to store unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
4. AI Features
TaskCue offers AI-assisted task capture, which turns text you type into suggested tasks and steps. Suggestions are shown to you for editing and are saved only after you confirm them.
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it before relying on it for important deadlines, health matters, or legal obligations.
5. TaskCue Pro Subscriptions
Core features, including unlimited one-time reminders, are free. TaskCue Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features such as repeating reminders, unlimited routines, premium icons, and full AI chat.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account (or Apple ID, where available) when you confirm the purchase. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Signed-in users may receive a one-time 7-day Pro trial per account. It does not require payment details and does not convert to a paid subscription automatically.
Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
6. Not Medical Advice
Medication reminders are a convenience tool. TaskCue is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for professional care or emergency services.
7. Availability and Notifications
We aim to provide timely reminders, but notification delivery can depend on device settings, operating system restrictions, connectivity, and third-party platform services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every reminder will be delivered exactly at the scheduled time.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or other users' data
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or deceive others
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's operation
- Use automated tools to abuse the service or create excessive load
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are required to be disabled by law.
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Delete Account page.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We are not liable for missed reminders, lost productivity, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
