Child Safety Standards for CashScore: Predict & Win

1. Age Requirement

CashScore: Predict & Win is not directed at children under 13. The App is designed for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

2. Target Audience

The App is a sports prediction game intended for teens and adults who understand virtual points, game mechanics, and in-app purchases.

It is not designed as a children's app and is not listed in Google Play's Designed for Families program.

3. Content Standards

CashScore: Predict & Win contains football match information and statistics, user-generated usernames visible in leagues and leaderboards, social features such as friends and leagues with limited interaction, virtual points, rewards, and optional in-app purchases.

The App does not contain sexually explicit content, graphic violence, real-money gambling, or unmoderated open chat or messaging between users.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may choose a username and display name. We prohibit usernames that are sexually explicit, hateful, or harassing, impersonate others or public figures, contain personal contact information of minors, or promote illegal activity.

We reserve the right to remove offensive usernames and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

5. Social Features and Safety

Friend requests require mutual acceptance, users can view public leaderboard and league rankings, there is no private messaging feature between users, and users can leave leagues and remove friend connections.

6. Data Collection from Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at renvoyapp@gmail.com and we will delete the account.

7. Advertising and Purchases

The App may display optional rewarded ads, such as bonus spins, where implemented.

In-app purchases and VIP subscriptions require store account authorization, and parental controls apply through Google Play or the App Store.

We do not target advertising to children under 13.

8. Parental Guidance

Parents and guardians are encouraged to:

• Review this policy and our Privacy Policy
• Use device-level parental controls for purchases and app downloads
• Monitor their child's use of sports and gaming apps
• Contact us with any concerns about their child's account

9. Reporting Safety Concerns

To report child safety issues, inappropriate content, or accounts belonging to users under 13, email renvoyapp@gmail.com with the subject line Child Safety Report.

Please include a description of the concern, the username or account involved if known, and screenshots if available.

We review all reports and take appropriate action, including account removal where necessary.
