1. Introduction

Welcome to CashScore: Predict & Win ("CashScore", "the App", "the Website", "the Services", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the CashScore mobile application and the CashScore website at https://cashscore.renvoyapps.com.

The App and Website use the same account and the same backend. This policy covers both.

The Services are operated by Renvoy, a company organized (or to be organized) in the United States.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: email address and password when you register with email
• Social sign-in information: basic profile details from Google or Apple (such as name, email, and, where provided, profile picture) if you choose those sign-in options
• Profile information: username, display name, and avatar
• Gameplay data: match predictions, points, streaks, achievements, wheel spins, inventory items (such as shields and jokers), league memberships, and friend connections
• Reward and redemption information: reward or gift card requests linked to your account and balances (processed on the Website where available)
• Communications: emails or support messages you send to us
• Device information: device type, operating system version, app version, browser type, and general device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers: such as Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where permitted and, where required, after consent
• Notification information: local notification settings; if we enable remote push, a device token used to send alerts
• Usage data: interactions in the App and Website, including pages viewed, predictions, spins, store use, and features accessed
• Local storage and cookies: session/login cookies, language preference, and similar technical data (see Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising)
• Purchase information: subscription status and purchase identifiers from Google Play or the Apple App Store, but not your full payment card details
• Approximate location derived from IP address (for security, language, fraud prevention, analytics, and ad relevance, where allowed)

We do not ask for your payment card number. Store payments go through Google Play, Apple, or other payment providers we use.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account across the App and Website
• Provide match predictions, scoring, leagues, friends, achievements, and the daily spin wheel
• Track points, rewards, streaks, and leaderboard rankings
• Process VIP subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Process eligible reward or gift card redemptions on the Website
• Send notifications and reminders, if enabled
• Measure and improve performance, security, and user experience (analytics)
• Show advertisements, including personalized ads where you have consented or where the law allows
• Respond to support requests
• Enforce our Terms of Use and prevent abuse or fraud
• Comply with law

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

The App uses similar technologies (SDKs, device storage, advertising IDs).

We group cookies and similar technologies into the following categories:

• Strictly necessary: required for the Services to work, such as login/session cookies (including Supabase authentication), security, and load balancing. These do not require marketing consent. If you block them, you may not be able to stay signed in.
• Preferences: such as language choice (often stored in local storage, not a cookie), used to remember settings.
• Analytics: help us understand how the Services are used (pages visited, features used, crashes, approximate region). We may use providers such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and/or Vercel Analytics.
• Advertising: used to show ads, measure ad performance, limit how often you see an ad, and (where allowed) personalize ads. We may use providers such as Google AdMob, Google Ads, and similar advertising partners. Partners may set their own cookies or read advertising IDs.

Where required by law (including the EU/EEA and UK), we will ask for consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising cookies/SDKs. On the Website, you will be able to accept, reject, or manage analytics and advertising cookies through a cookie banner or settings.

In the App, we may show a consent form (including Google's User Messaging Platform or similar) before personalized ads or non-essential tracking. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt may also appear.

You can withdraw consent later without affecting strictly necessary processing. Withdrawal does not make past processing unlawful. You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers in your device settings, and use browser controls to block cookies (which may break login).

If you refuse personalized advertising, we may still show non-personalized or contextual ads where allowed. The Services may be supported by advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own ads/analytics, including:

• Supabase (hosting, database, authentication)
• Vercel (Website hosting)
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple (optional login)
• Google Play and the Apple App Store (distribution and payments)
• RevenueCat (subscription and in-app purchase management)
• Google AdMob and advertising partners (ads)
• Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Vercel Analytics, or similar (analytics)
• Sports data providers (such as API-Football) for match and league data
• Notification providers, if remote push is enabled

These providers have their own privacy policies. Advertising and analytics partners may collect identifiers and usage data to provide their services.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share data with advertising and analytics partners as described in this policy, which some laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. Where those laws apply, you can opt out through the cookie/consent tools or by contacting us.

6. Permissions (App)

The App may request:

• Notifications: game alerts, spin reminders, and prediction results
• Vibration: haptic feedback
• Boot completed: restore scheduled local notifications after device restart
• App Tracking Transparency (iOS): tracking across apps and websites for advertising, if we request it
• Advertising ID access (Android): advertising and analytics, subject to your choices

7. Data Sharing

We may share your information only in limited situations:

• With service providers that help operate the Services (hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, payments, notifications)
• With advertising partners so they can deliver and measure ads
• With other users where public features make information visible (leagues, leaderboards, usernames, friend lists)
• For legal reasons, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect rights, safety, property, or the public where necessary
• If we transfer the business, subject to appropriate safeguards

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services.

Analytics and advertising data may be retained by us or by providers for a limited period according to their settings and legal requirements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or needed for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws. These may include GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA or UK, and US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) if you are a California resident. These may include the right to:

• Data portability, where applicable
• Withdraw consent (analytics, personalized ads, optional notifications)

You can also disable notifications in device or in-app settings, manage cookies via the Website banner/settings (when shown), and limit ads via device advertising settings.

CashScore is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure authentication.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including the EU, the United States, and other countries with different data protection laws.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards. By using the Services, you understand that your data may be transferred as described in this policy.

When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be notified in the App, on the Website, or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
