Terms of Use for CashScore: Predict & Win

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You may register with email and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple (where available).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for providing accurate information.

One person should not create multiple accounts to abuse the game, leaderboard, or reward systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Game Rules and Virtual Points

CashScore is a skill-based prediction game using virtual points.

Points may be earned or lost based on match prediction outcomes, wheel spins, and other activities we offer.

Points, shields, jokers, spins, and similar items are virtual. They have no real-world cash value except where we explicitly allow a redemption (for example a digital gift card on the Website), subject to these Terms and availability.

We may adjust point values, game mechanics, wheel odds, daily limits, ads, and features at any time to maintain fairness, security, and the health of the Services.

Attempts to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, manipulate results, or abuse the system may result in point forfeiture, withheld redemptions, account suspension, or a permanent ban.

5. Predictions and Content

Match data is provided by third-party sports data providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match information.

Predictions must be submitted before the deadlines shown in the Services. Resolved predictions are final once processed by our system.

6. Leagues, Friends, and Social Features

Usernames, rankings, league standings, and friend activity may be visible to other users on the App and the Website.

You agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, or use offensive usernames or content.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards.

7. In-App Purchases and VIP

The App may offer VIP subscriptions and in-app purchases processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.

Subscription benefits, pricing, and features may change with notice where required by law. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

Apple, Google, and other brands that appear in connection with gift cards or rewards are not sponsors of CashScore unless we say so.

8. Website Rewards and Gift Cards

Where offered, digital rewards or gift cards are redeemed on the Website, subject to availability, verification, and anti-fraud checks.

We may review, delay, or deny redemptions suspected of fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse.

Redeemed rewards are non-transferable unless we say otherwise. Processing times may vary. We are not the issuer of third-party gift cards.

Virtual points are not a bank deposit, e-money, or a right to cash unless a specific redemption is completed.

9. Advertising and Analytics

The Services may display advertisements (including in the App and on the Website) and may use analytics tools to understand usage.

Ads may be personalized if you consent or if the law allows. You can manage non-essential cookies and ad personalization as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party advertisers' products, sites, or policies.

10. Notifications

The App may send local reminders and, if enabled, push notifications (for example daily spin or match-related alerts).

You can disable notifications in your device settings or within the App.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, including design, logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, scripts, or unfair automation to gain an advantage
• Exploit bugs or glitches without reporting them
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Services
• Circumvent advertising, analytics, or security measures
• Abuse reward or gift card systems

13. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account in the App, or by emailing renvoyapp@gmail.com, subject to our deletion process.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Unused virtual items and pending redemptions may be forfeited. Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

CashScore is for entertainment. It is not a gambling application, sportsbook, betting platform, or financial service.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF POINTS, DATA, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR FAILED REDEMPTIONS.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the U.S. state in which the operator of the Services is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence say otherwise.

If a dispute must be heard in court, the state and federal courts in that U.S. state will have jurisdiction, unless the law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
