We respect your right to control your personal data. You may permanently delete your CashScore: Predict & Win account at any time.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
Open the App and sign in.
Go to Settings, then under Account tap Delete Account.
Read the warning carefully, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted, and you will be signed out and returned to the login screen.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed or anonymized:
- Your account credentials, including email and OAuth link data
- Profile information such as username, display name, and avatar
- Points, streaks, shields, jokers, and bonus spins
- Prediction history and results
- Achievements and quest progress
- League memberships and friend connections
- Wheel spin history and inventory
- Gift card or reward request records linked to your account
- Push notification tokens associated with your account
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
- Fraud prevention and security logs
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
- Purchase records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance and handled by Google Play or the App Store
Important Notes
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You will lose all points, progress, and virtual items.
Active VIP subscriptions are not automatically canceled. Cancel your subscription separately in Google Play or the App Store to avoid future charges.
If you are in a private league or have pending friend requests, those associations will be removed.
Deletion may take up to 30 days to fully propagate across backup systems.
Cannot Access the App?
If you cannot log in or use the in-app delete option, email renvoyapp@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address, your username if known, and confirmation that you want permanent deletion.
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, including GDPR regions, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data.
